How Branding Peedika handles the information you share with us, what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Last updated: . This policy applies to this website. If you engage us for a project, a separate written agreement between us will set out how your information is handled for that engagement.

1. Who we are

Branding Peedika ("we", "us") provides branding and digital marketing services to small businesses in Kerala. We are the party responsible for the information collected through this website.

Our contact details are published on the contact page. If you would prefer to deal with us by post rather than email, use the address shown there.

2. What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name.
  • Your business name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it.
  • Which service you are interested in.
  • The message you write, including anything you choose to tell us about your business.

We also record the following, for operational and security purposes:

  • Your browser's user-agent string and the referring page.
  • Your approximate city or region, derived from your network address.
  • Any messages that reach our mailbox, including spam and automated traffic.

Please do not send us confidential information. An enquiry form is not a secure channel for contracts, financial details, identity documents or anything else sensitive. We will delete anything like that that arrives by mistake.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you give us for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it is a good fit, to discuss your business. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • Prepare a proposal, if you ask us to.
  • Keep a record of our conversations with you.
  • Maintain the security and reliability of this website.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. We do not add enquiry contacts to a mailing list without asking you first.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within twelve months. Information relating to a client project is kept for as long as the engagement lasts, and then for a further three years for accounting and record-keeping purposes. After that it is deleted.

Where you have asked us to keep your details so we can contact you again, we keep them until you ask us to stop, or until the information is no longer useful for that purpose.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, does not run behavioural advertising, and does not build a profile of you across other websites. We do not sell or share data with advertising networks.

If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated before they are enabled, and any consent required will be obtained first. The same applies to any form-handling service that may be connected to the enquiry form — those providers process the details you submit in order to deliver the message to us.

6. Third parties

We use a small number of service providers, each of which handles data only as needed to provide its function:

  • Our web host. The company that stores the files for this site and serves them to visitors.
  • Our email provider. The service that delivers your message to our mailbox.
  • Our form provider, if the form is connected. The service that forwards your enquiry to us. If no form provider is configured, the form does not transmit anything at all.
  • Our registrar and DNS provider. They hold the domain name and the records that point this site to its host.

We do not share enquiry details with social advertising platforms. We may add an analytics service later; if we do, it will be listed here.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. You can also ask us to transfer it to another provider, or to withdraw a consent you have given.

Send the request using the details on the contact page. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request, so that we do not release information to the wrong person.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority. The Data Protection Board of India is the authority for data collected in India. We would rather you come to us first, though — most complaints are resolved quickly.

8. How we protect your information

We restrict access to the information you send us to the people who need it to reply to you, and we use the security measures our hosting, email and domain providers provide. No system is perfectly secure, so we recommend that you do not send us anything highly sensitive, and we will tell you if a better method is needed for what you want to share.

9. Children

This website and our services are aimed at businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we will delete it if we discover that we have.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our services or the site change. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and the most significant changes will be mentioned there.

11. Contacting us

For anything in this policy, use the contact details on the contact page. If your enquiry is about your personal information, please say so in the subject line so that it reaches the right person quickly.
